Monthly Chapter Meeting Dancing With Your Desires Tuesday, August 2nd - 7pm | If you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, others can feel your low vibration. What if you could stride through the door, full of power and purpose and embrace what you truly desire? Learn the 4 blocks that stop women from dancing with their desires and how to be in the flow, bringing positivity to everyone with whom you interact. Her signature talk is entitled Dancing with Your Desires where Jen highlights the 4 blocks that stop women from experiencing more pleasure in our lives and relationships. She will also share tips on how you can dance with your shadow, break free of the blocks holding you back and feel alive again. You will walk away singing, dancing and desiring more. Jennifer Clark Bugajsky is an inspirational speaker, singer, song writer and women's embodiment & transformation coach. She is a Board certified health coach is trained in the Art of Feminine Presence and is also a Reiki Level 2 Healer. Jen is the co-author of the international best selling book Rapid Change and author of Listening to the Wisdom of Your Body. Jen models permission for women to be real. Her programs help women busy women who have buried their desires and passions and are ready to take back their power. She encourages women to listen to your voice, stop asking for permission, and release the should's and should not's. Her clients will tell you that they have a new sense of play and possibility in life they have an unstoppable confidence that won't quit and some say they have a love life that will knock your socks off. How long have you been a member of HMN? Since January 2009, when my youngest son was two months old.
I'm a Holistic Mom because:
as my children's role model and teacher, I feel I am called to set an example for them of love and compassion and responsibility. Living in a way in which we always question why and how, and don't just follow the crowd, we are able to make the most ethical choices in all aspects of our daily life. Well, although I am an idealist and wish to make all the best choices, in our modern busy lifestyle we make some compromises, but always in my heart I strive to instill thoughtfulness and compassion in my children so they can have a strong foundation upon which to build their own lives.
My holistic passions are: Natural birth, breastfeeding, and Oriental Medicine. I believe the birth experience and what happens to us before we can speak for ourselves is the beginning of a happy productive life. And I love to practice and learn Chinese Medicine. I'll never run out of things to learn.
What inspires me about Holistic Moms or holistic living?
I am inspired by the idea that change in the world begins within yourself and next in your family unit. When I get overwhelmed by the problems of the world, it inspires me to live my own life in a way that if everyone did there wouldn't be all these problems. I certainly fall short of my ideals, but I do the best I can without pulling out my hair!

| Chapter Meetings: Held the 1st Tuesday of every month from 7-9 pm at The Health Doctors, 28379 Davis parkway, Warrenville, www.thehealthdocs.com Open to the public.
Monthly Morning Meetups: We will meet the third Tuesday of each month from 9:30-11:30 at Grounds for Hope in Lisle. We will have our own room but the kids can also play in the open area. A cafe is also available. The fee for the kids to play is just $5/child. Parents could also purchase a 6 month pass for just $45. This would cover their family (up to 4 children) for 6 months. It cannot be shared between families as this constitutes an agreement to our rules and wavier. Children would still need to be supervised during play and cannot be left unattended. Please pre-register here: http://www.groundsforhopecafe.org/#/kids-birthdays. As for food options, there are many items available, reasonably priced, and should be able to accommodate many food allergies. We have several fresh fruit and vegetable options as well as gluten free bread and snack bars. Please let us know if someone has an unusual allergy to see if we have an option available. Grounds for Hope, 2701 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532. Open to the public. You do not have to be a member to attend. Playgroups: All ages --4th Wednesday of the month @ 9:30 am. Locations will vary. Membership is required to attend playgroups.
Moms Night Out: A moms only "playdate". Babies in arms are welcome. Dates, activities and locations vary. Watch for postings. Membership is required to attend mom's night out.
Book Club:We meet several times a year to discuss the chosen book. Dates and location will vary. Watch for postings. Membership is required to participate in book club.
Mom & Tot Outings: Special outings planned several times a year specifically with our young ones in mind. Dates and locations vary. Watch for postings. Membership is required to participate in Mom/Tot outings.
Family Gatherings, Movie Nights, and additional member events will continue to be scheduled.
