Angela Mosshamer of Natural Order:
Helping to bring Natural Order to our personal spaces

With the dawn of a new calendar year, I find many people are motivated to make positive changes to personal spaces so they can find a balance. I strongly believe making changes has to start with your own personal space (you), and then tools can be applied to implement change in actual spaces. For example, if my laundry room is overwhelming and causes an emotional and maybe a physical negative response, I first need to work through what is causing that before I can start organizing the laundry room itself.
I would like to walk through three steps that I find help people when they feel "stuck" and identifying what the Natural Order should be. I will teach you how to apply tactical skills to achieve a more organized space. This will lead you to more personal productivity and less stress.

In 2013 Angela Mosshamer started her organization business, Natural Order. She has worked with clients on several projects that include but are not limited to unpacking, purging and organizing spaces in homes such as playrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, and garages. Every client's needs are different, but the main goal is always to make them feel more at ease in their space. This allows them to function optimally with the tools she provides. Angela strives to restore Natural Order for every client. She can be reached at mosshamer.angela@gmail.com or (773) 633-6035.

Member Highlight
Mallory McClelland
How long have you been a member of HMN?
I've been a member since August 2017.

I am a holistic mom because:
my son, Christian, was diagnosed with Global Motor Delay in December 2012 when he was 2 years old. When we were at that diagnostic appointment the developmental pediatrician really gave us no hope for the future, instead she painted a very dark and grim picture for the rest of his life. She mentioned that he would always struggle and may never speak. I decided that her prognosis was not set in stone and it certainly was not going to be our fate. From there I intuitively began researching autism, as autism and Global Motor Delay has very similar characteristics, and I found a world of holistic options for my son. We began with diet and eventually ventured into supplementation, homeopathy, homotoxicology, essential oils and energy work. I'm excited to say that he's 7 years old now and attends a mainstream private school. We're still working on behaviors from all angles, but aside from that Christian is in an amazing place!

My holistic passions are:
helping mothers develop and trust their innate "mommy gut". With my son's journey I had my own spiritual awakening which led to a blossoming and remembrance of my psychic gifts. I know with every fiber of my being that Christian chose his purpose to lead me to mine. I have my own energy healing practice where I tune into what a child and family need physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually in order to come into health, wellness and balance. As much as I love doing that, I find my path and my purpose shifting to empowering the mother to heal herself and her family. I've been called to help mother's develop and trust their intuition. There's nothing more holistic in my opinion. It's a joy to bear witness to the mother's lightbulb turning on when she realizes that she's had the answers within her all along!
I am also in love with oils, flower essences, homeopathy, and crystals.

What inspires you about HMN or holistic living?
It's inspiring to see women come together for the shared purpose of health and healing on all levels. It takes me back to the roots of civilization, the women's circles, where women would gather and share their wisdom, support, and love. Holistic Moms Network gives mother's the opportunity to do that in a modern way. I believe that we all have a shared mission of health and balance for our families and for ourselves. I love being a part of a community that is so knowledgeable, nonjudgmental and loving.

What is your favorite healthy recipe?

I have two!

My favorite recipe for the family because it's healthy, convenient and delicious is - http://predominantlypaleo.com/instant-pot-beef-stew/ . #InstantPotForTheWin

and my favorite recipe for the kids is https://www.mommypotamus.com/gaps-chocolate-cookie-bites/ . I love this one because it's GAPS, paleo and mostly allergy friendly.
