Gearing Up Dads (and Moms) for Caring for Their Kids' Changing Bodies

This month we will host a panel discussion with moms and dads of kids of varying ages including children heading into puberty.  All are welcome to join in the discussion--with ideas and solutions to share and questions too.  We will chat about how we approach our kids' health, growth (physical and emotional, etc.), and how to handle each milestone.  Dads, we offer an extra warm invitation and welcome your input."

Meeting Location:  The Health Doctors, Ltd., 28379 Davis Parkway, Suite 803, Warrenville, Illinois 60555

How long have you been a member of HMN?
I joined recently - excited to meet other health-focused moms!

I am a holistic mom because:
My kids are everything to me, and they deserve to have the best and healthiest future possible <3

My holistic passions are:
I am a certified integrative nutrition health coach, and I love working with busy moms to help them integrate healthy habits into their daily lives so they can be the example of healthy living for their kids!  They are the next generation, and it all starts when they are young - if we give them the tools early, they will grow into adults that believe in healthy living!

What inspires you about HMN or holistic living?
Finding my tribe! :)  It's tough to make significant changes alone, but we are stronger as a group, and I believe we can change the landscape of our country, one life at a time.

What is your favorite healthy recipe?
I have so many, it is difficult to choose!  Here is a link to my recipe page:
