I'm excited to share that IPAK-EDU is hosting a new online webinar series in 2023 set on exploring a number of scientific truths we can all benefit from truly understanding. All Things Science starts this coming Monday, January 16th and meets regularly on Mondays at 7PM EST.
This Monday's subject and special guest:
Inflammation and Autophagy: A Convergent Point between Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)-Related Genetic and Environmental Factors: Focus on Aluminum Adjuvants with Dr. Guillemette Crepeaux
In this presentation, Dr. Crépeaux will review the central points of her main research work on the neurotoxicity of aluminum adjuvants, explaining some of the results obtained by her team over ten years. She will focus more particularly on the description of the links between early exposure to aluminum adjuvants and impaired autophagy, and on the effects of this gene-environment combination in the occurrence of neurodevelopmental disorders, which represent a crucial question in public health.
Other guests lined up for this semester include: Dr. Brian Hooker, Lance Johnson, Robert Scott Bell, Dr. Mahin Khatami and many more to come!
