Tonight's Meeting Rescheduled

Nurturing our Children Empowering Ourselves Tonight's Meeting Rescheduled!   Due to the bitter cold, Mary Vogel of Essential Kneads for Health in Naperville has generously agreed to reschedule her talk that was to be tonight on EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, to 1 week later, same time and at the Health Doctors in Warrenville.   EFT is emotional release acupressure and can be used for a wide variety of purposes from controlling food cravings to insomnia to coping with anxiety/depression/trauma, etc. Looking forward to seeing you for this exciting interactive talk on Tue. 1/14 @ 7pm!
