we encourage all of you to share your personal experiences of bullying, intimidation and fear at the hands of our local authorities with our local leaders as well as with the media. A spotlight has been turned onto Naperville and the whole world is watching and wondering how the leaders of a seemingly picturesque city could condone such harsh treatment of private residents.
Which ever side you fall on the "smart" meter issue you must ask yourself, are you okay with the tactics used to force compliance of a utility policy that is not even a state or federal law?
